We offer samples to your feeling and touching pleasure. We will send you small size samples of the bamboo product (excluding bamboo poles).

There is a maximum of 4 samples per order. (There is a $1.00 handling/packing fee for first set)
Each additional multiple of 4 samples will incur a shipping charge of $3.00.

For example, if you order 4 samples, the packing fee is $1.00.
If you order 8 samples, the fee is $3.00.
12 samples for $6.00 and so on. . .

We will charge your credit card handling/packing fee once samples are shipped. You are allowed to keep the samples for 2 weeks from when you receive them. If the samples are not returned within this period, we will charge your credit card $75.00. (first, we will hound you first to get back the samples!)

We will not charge your credit card if the samples are returned to us within 2 weeks. You are allowed to keep the samples for 2 weeks from when you receive them. If the samples are not returned within this period, we will charge your credit card $75.00. (first, we will hound you first to get back the samples!)

We will absorb the cost of shipping the samples to you while returning the samples back to us will be at your cost. (Delivery time: 5-10 days)   (This turns out to be a more amicable solution than incurring the enormous overhead costs for large volume samples.)
